About Us
RJW is a recreational wrestling program in Ridgewood New Jersey for kids in 2nd through 8th grades.  Practices are held each Tuesday and Thursday evening in the months of November through February.  The goal of the program is to teach wrestling skills in a fun atmsophere, and to provide competition appropriate for all wrestling skill levels.
